Prosper Waco

Prosper Waco serves as the backbone organization for the community-wide Prosper Waco collective impact initiative for Waco and McLennan County, Texas. The mission of the Prosper Waco initiative is to build an environment in which all members of our Waco community are able to measurably improve their education, health, and financial security.

The organization efforts toward accomplishing the mission is conducted through:

·        Bridging strategic conversation across the three focus areas of the initiative: education, health and financial.

·        Connecting organization to potential partners and funding sources

·        Tracking and reporting outcome data for accountability

·        Building capacity within the collective initiative

·        Communicating contributions of partner organizations to the greater community

Prosper Waco initiative is a nonprofit 501(c) 3, and its role is as the community’s “dot connector” by convening partner organizations to collaboratively identify and strategically implement efforts that will address the goals of the community-wide initiative.
