To provide specially selected and trained community volunteers to advocate for abused and neglected children in the pursuit of safe and permanent homes.

CASA: A Voice for Children, Inc. is a non-profit organization that serves abused and neglected children in Harvey and McPherson counties. Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs) are specially trained volunteers appointed by a Judge to speak on the behalf of abused and neglected children in court. The help of these volunteers is vital to children who often times become lost in an overburdened welfare system.
