Missão
Meals on Wheels is a private, nonprofit organization providing meals, nutrition, and support services to improve the quality of life for seniors and others with hunger and health needs in Kitsap County. Our vision - with the support of our volunteers, staff, and community - is to create a community of people living well while aging in place with good nutrition, independence, and dignity.
Sobre Nós
Since 1973, volunteers have been serving and delivering meals to seniors to ensure that no senior in our community goes hungry and much more. In 2021, we provided over 60,000 meals in our community. Be part of the solution by volunteering to serve meals at a Community Dining site, delivering meals to homebound seniors, or calling isolated seniors through our Kitsap Phone Friends Program. We also welcome volunteers and volunteer civic/social groups to support our special events, annual projects, our Birthday Box program, administrative support and more.
