Meals of Marin

Our team of volunteer cooks and drivers help with the preparation and home-delivery of appetizing, healthful meals to homebound people with AIDS/HIV, breast cancer and other life threatening illnesses in Marin County, California. We rely on private foundations, local businesses, and individuals, for monetary and in-kind donations. We are not government funded. MOM is a recipient of the National Daily Points of Light Award, the USA Make A Difference Day Award from Newman's Own, the Marin Volunteer of the Year Award., among others. Our young volunteers have received both the United Way Young Community Hero Award and the San Francisco Chronicle's Hometown Hero. Since 1993, we have provided more than 600,000 meals!
