Rose City Counseling Center

Rose City Center was created with two important missions. First, to provide this unique, high quality, low-fee, psychotherapy on a sliding scale to the surrounding community. Secondly, to provide the opportunity for pre-doctoral and post-doctoral candidates to cultivate this specialized training for their professional growth.
