Aspire Skill Development

Our mission is to substantially improve young professionals’ life skills and thereby facilitate their career readiness, marketability, advancement potential, and preparation for meaningful and fulfilling lives. To achieve this, our team has written a book and developed a corresponding course focused on seven skill areas: Self-Development, Interpersonal Skills, Organizational Skills, Personal Finance, Global Awareness, Problem Solving, and Leadership Skills. Interns will complete this course as well as a community service-based capstone project in our highly collaborative, supportive workplace made up of young professionals.
