Center for Family and Child Enrichment, Inc.

The Center for Family and Child Enrichment, Inc. (CFCE), has been enriching and enhancing the lives of the most vulnerable children and families in our community for more than 30 years. CFCE provides comprehensive case management, adoption and foster care services, and road to independent living programs for approximately 850 abused, neglected, and/or abandoned children and their families. In addition, CFCE offers a comprehensive array of behavioral, mental health, and prevention services; and operates three group homes for children aged 14-17 who are unable to live at home, as well as two emergency shelters for short-term "respite" from troubled families for children aged 0-13. In addition, CFCE offers comprehensive services for troubled families, including family counseling and parenting skill classes, with the goal of helping children to safely reunite with their families. The Center also runs Children in Need of Services/Families in Need of Services-Community Intervention CINS/FINS programs that provide counseling and case management for runaway, truant and ungovernable youth.
