CEC is a non-profit mental health organization, located in Morris and Sussex counties, New Jersey. Since 1994, CEC’s mission has been to help children who have experienced abuse and neglect rebuild their lives through mental health evaluation and counseling. CEC has a staff of over 30 professionals, who make a difference every day in the lives of children and families. The organization is known throughout the state as “child abuse experts,” but we have grown over the years to also provide mental health services to others; family resolution services; substance abuse assessment; counseling and support at local schools and traumatic loss services.
