cChange

cChange is regional nonprofit dedicated to achieving social good through innovations in communications.

cChange initiatives include programs that empower local leaders with context-appropriate communications training and tools that help them create dialogues and social change in their communities. cChange also provides strategic communications capacity building for NGOs and government agencies, with a focus on behavioral change. In recent years, cChange has focused on developing strategic communications initiatives for organizations and multi-partner initiatives, including designing social marketing campaigns to catalyze movements in support of critical issues. The 4FJ campaign (www.4fj.org.fj) is an example of a current cChange social marketing initiative.

Historically, cChange has worked in the conservation sector. But in recent years, the organization has expanded its services to support partners and initiatives in the health and human rights sectors. This position would assist in the further expansion of the cChange model into those sectors and regionally.
