Southern Oregon Friends of Hospice

Mission:

The mission of Southern Oregon Friends of Hospice is to raise awareness and provide

financial support for end-of-life care programs through collaboration with the Rogue

Valley community and create and sustain Celia’s House in Holmes Park (CHHP), a hospice

residential care facility. It is the intent of CHHP to provide the best quality end-of-life care

for residents, offer support to visiting loved ones, and serve as a model facility for

excellence in end-of -life care in the state of Oregon. CHHP will be guided by and create a

culture of mindful caregiving for residents, staff, and the community. Kindness is at the

heart of everything we do.
