West Bronx Housing and Neighborhood Resource Center, Inc. (WBHNRC ) is a small organization with a big impact in the west Bronx. We provide technical assistance for both tenants and homeowners. Our work begins with the assumption that every case is unique and demands a unique solution. Many if not most housing problems have underlying causes such as unemployment, illness, or lack of information. WBHNRC strives to help participants analyze their situation and craft a solution most able to solve their problem while building skills and providing information so that the participant can move forward on their own.
