Sobre Nós

The Cleveland Museum of Natural History aspires to instill a deeper understanding of and appreciation for nature in our audiences. The Museum will engage, educate and enrich people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds with recognition of their role in nature, and the need for conservation and preservation of natural diversity in a rapidly changing world.

We encourage people of all ages to discover and explore the natural world. Our curators care for over four million specimens in the fields of anthropology, archaeology, astronomy, botany, geology, paleontology, zoology and wildlife biology.

Used for scientific research, their work is the basis for interpretive exhibits and educational programs offered to the public. Since 1920, the Museum has served as an outstanding resource for public education and environmental conservation in northern Ohio and beyond.
