Journey To Lead

Journey To Lead (JOURNEY) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to changing the lives of women who are changing the world.

Each year, it selects a cohort of Fellows, accomplished startup CEOs, corporate executives, and nonprofit leaders committed to tackling the world’s toughest challenges. Grounded in our belief that the key to getting more women into top leadership is access and guidance, the JOURNEY team and our Champions—generous and renowned women leaders—coach, advise, and open doors for the Fellows via in-person events, virtual meetings, and one-on-one sessions. After completing their year-long Fellowship, these best women leaders of tomorrow become members of JOURNEY’s lifelong network of support for exceptional women leaders.

JOURNEY is a 100% virtual company founded in 2021 by a group of women, including the architects of Fortune Most Powerful Women.
