Federation Early Learning Services (FELS)

Federation Early Learning Services (FELS) is widely regarded as a leader in the child care field. With six centers and two after school programs in Philadelphia, Montgomery and Delaware Counties, FELS provides early childhood education and affordable child care in a safe and nurturing environment to over 600 children annually, aged six weeks to twelve years old.
