Envision Health Access Initiative

Envision Health Access Initiative (EHAI) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2018 by Dr. Elisha Caldwell to advance public health in marginalized communities affected by poverty. We coordinate care and deliver essential services across maternal and child health, reproductive health, HIV research, access to clean and safe drinking water, and environmental health.

Operating in hard-to-reach areas of Liberia, Uganda, and Tanzania, EHAI works to bridge health disparities through sustainable, community-based solutions. Our mission is rooted in equity-ensuring no one is left behind in receiving the care, education, and resources they need to thrive.
