Bethel AME Church was established in 1989 by Rev. Drs. Ray Hammond and Gloria White- Hammond. Bethel is a Bible-believing, Holy Spirit-empowered congregation with a strong commitment to discipleship and to local and global social justice. Our current membership is approximately 700 with a Sunday attendance of 350-375. Approximately 150 children and youth are engaged in our current ministries.
