The Urban Sustainability and Equity Center (USEC) is a Richmond-based community catalyst which serves city residents through the development of local sustainability research and programs. USEC’s work focuses upon empowering dynamic change within existing social, economic, and environmental systems through the operation of a collaborative resource network.
