The Foundation for International Commercial Arbitration- SICA-FICA

The Foundation for International Commercial Arbitration is a charity established in 1998 with its seat in the Hague, co-ordinating a family of autonomous national organisations on the Red Cross model. This family exists to develop fair dispute resolution and practice standards in the developing world, primarily by providing training and education in partnership with international and national legal, professional, judicial institutes, universities and commercial corporations.
