INTASAVE-CARIBSAVE Group is a Not-For-Profit (NFP) international organisation with regional headquarters in the Caribbean, Africa and UK/Europe, working across South-South regions and China. INTASAVE-CARIBSAVE works around the world with governments, regional organisations, communities, the private sector, universities, international development agencies and development banks.
INTASAVE-CARIBSAVE use an international, holistic, inter-sectoral approach to addressing criticial issues surrounding climate change, international development, future risk, sustainability, socio-economics, environments and livelihoods. CARIBSAVE was originally formed in 2008 as a partnership initiative between the Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre and the University of Oxford and is now an independent NFP organisation along with its sister, INTASAVE. INTASAVE-CARIBSAVE's staff comprise eminent scientists and international experts and practitioners, the organisations are dynamic and innovative in their evidence-based approach to reducing vulnerabilities, building resilience and capacities and communicating with global stakeholders.
