Hands to Heart Center - Yoga for the People provides yoga classes that are accessible, inclusive and inspiring to those living with poverty and trauma. Founded in 2014, Hands to Heart Center recruits yoga teachers and yoga teachers-in-training to lead free yoga classes in Boston's low-income communities and in residential programs such as domestic violence shelters, homeless shelters and substance abuse treatment programs.
