Paper Airplanes

We are Paper Airplanes: a non-profit organization powered by volunteers. We use virtual learning technology to connect conflict-affected individuals with tutors, providing free, accessible, peer-to-peer language and skills instruction. These interactions also help foster powerful connections and cross-cultural understanding between tutors and students. Since our inception in 2014, we’ve supported more than 2,000 students, most of them in the Middle East – but the need remains far greater.
