Safe Place and Rape Crisis Center mission is to stop domestic and sexual violence in our communities.

SPARCC services include: Emergency Shelter, 24-Hour Hotline, Crisis Counseling, Hospital Advocacy, Court Advocacy, Safety Planning, Case/Service Management, Information and Referral, Children's Services, Economic Empowerment, Community Education and Professional Training.
