PORTAL DE SALUD INC

We have been instrumental in promoting health education and connecting the Hispanic/Latino to find medical homes. We provide live saving screening services (all free of charge to the community) and connect them to available resources. We provide navigation services to make sure that our clients go from point A to B. We have an establish weekly wellness program every Wednesday and the Fall Annual Health Fair. We have been able to leverage very strong partnerships to help with tour mission. Some of our partners are Northside Hospital, Kaiser Permanente, Walgreens, Catholic Foundation of North Georgia, Telemundo, Radio Vida, CIMA, Mercy Care, Georgia State, University, Mercer University, Emory University, to mention a few.
