Andru Volinsky currently serves on the Executive Council where he has blocked Gov. Sununu's unqualified choice for NH Supreme Court justice and fought against a pro-voucher, pro-charter Betsy Devos-type Education Commissioner. Andru was the lead lawyer in the 1997 Claremont school funding case where the NH Supreme Court ruled every child was entitled to an adequate public education.
