Silvercrest Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation

The Silvercrest Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, a 320-bed nursing facility, is a full member of the New York-Presbyterian Healthcare System, and enjoys access to all the resources of this, the largest and finest of New York medical systems. Since its opening in 1990, Silvercrest has become a leader in specialty programs providing services for elderly, as well as younger patients. Our programs and services include: Short Term Rehabilitation, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Respiratory Therapy, Ventilator Dependent Care, Traumatic Brain Injury Services, Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Program, Wound Care and so on. The Silvercrest Center and its residents enjoy the contributions made by a large group of volunteers. Individuals of varied age and background commit their time and energies to making the facility more efficient and the residents more comfortable.
