UnityPoint Health - Eyerly Ball Community Mental Health Services is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) serving individuals of all ages. At Eyerly Ball we offer a wide range of services to meet the needs of our clients and their families. Services include outpatient psychiatric evaluations and medication management, counseling and therapy, 24-hour emergency services and intensive community-based services for adults.
