RISE TO COLLEGE aims to increase the enrollment of children from working class families into competitive colleges and universities by providing scholarships for standardized test preparation and counseling during the college application process. Working class urban high school students possess the talent, skill and drive to excel at our nation’s top universities. However, due to limited income, lack of proper training and the absence of mentorship, these students are not armed with the proper tools to compete with their wealthier counterparts. Through its strategic relationships with Bell Curves, LEEDS Coaching, a growing number of not-for-profit organizations, and inner city high schools Rise to College looks to remedy this disparity.
