It is the mission, duty and purpose of Outdoor Promise to provide disadvantaged NYC youth with environmental education programs that will help them become more aware of the effects they have on their environment. Through hands on , project based education we will let our youth study STEM concepts in real life. We will also provide access to resources to give NYC youth firsthand experience of our local, state, and national parks.
