Our mission is to improve the quality of life for children and families by providing services that ensure their health and well-being. These include offering financial and emotional support in maintaining a safe home environment, connecting clients to community resources, and educating each person placed in our care, teaching them the life skills necessary to make wise decisions and become a productive member of society.

We are a non-profit foster care agency located in Belleville since 1958. We provide the guidance, stability, and resources foster children need to heal and thrive. Our services include foster care, adoption, residential care, and independent living services, meaning our support ranges from helping foster youth finding a forever family or helping young adults in foster care transition to independence. We are committed to changing lives-one child at a time. Join us in making a difference, because every child deserves a bright future.
