Missão
The San Joe District 8 Community Emergency Response Team, CERT, as volunteers in the FEMA-sponsored CERT program steps in to respond when professional responders are unavailable in major emergency events.

Under the auspice of the District 8 Community Round Table, CERT is an all-volunteer organization trained under FEMA guidance to respond and assist our neighbors in disasters.
