National Preparedness Network

The National Preparedness Network (NPN) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to advancing preparedness, self-reliance, and disaster resilience in communities across the United States. We believe that preparedness is not paranoia; it is common sense. Our work is rooted in education, outreach, and community empowerment.

We serve individuals, families, and organizations who are seeking practical tools and knowledge to better prepare for emergencies, from natural disasters to long-term disruptions. Our programs are built around The Four Pillars of Preparedness: Survival Basics, Sustainability, Safety and Security, and Situational Leadership.

NPN offers structured leadership opportunities at the national, state, and local levels, and welcomes people of all backgrounds who want to make a difference in their communities. Through in-person events, online trainings, outreach programs, and partnerships with other grassroots efforts, we connect people who are passionate about being ready and helping others do the same.

Our team includes educators, homesteaders, veterans, first responders, medical professionals, and everyday citizens working together to build a more resilient tomorrow.
