Central PA Womyn's Chorus

Bringing together a diverse group of women, united by the joy of singing, to celebrate and empower women and to affirm a positive image of lesbians and feminists.

Choral group, composed approx. of 20-25 women singers, from all backgrounds come together because they love to sing. We have open auditions but this is to see what section a person would sing with. The Chorus performs 2 major full length concerts a season plus-3 to 4 smaller performances. Membership dues are $10/month. Rehearsals are every Monday night and Board meetings are the first Monday of the month. We have a fabulously talented artistic director and accompanist. All singers are volunteers and the Board is a working Board. The Chorus has been in existence 20 years. We are self-sustainng and support ourselves with a variety of fund raisers.
