Shelter Academy of Light, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in the United States, is dedicated to transforming the lives of orphaned and vulnerable children in the Mt. Elgon region of Eastern Uganda. Through quality education and community support, we aim to build and sustain a private model school and empower underserved youth to realize their full potential and contribute meaningfully to society.
