NHS Cares is a nonprofit serving the adjacent communities of New Hope Borough, and Solebury Township, PA. The organization began in 2008 with the vision of supporting the health and wellness of our community. We coordinate a community coalition with the goal of mobilizing our many community sectors to collaborate in preventing and reducing youth substance use through a combination of program, practice, and policy changes. This work is funded through a multi-year federal Free Communities (DFC) Support Program grant, directed by the Office of National Drug Control Policy in collaboration with the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.
