Coalition for the National Museum of the American People

The Museum’s mission will be to advance and disseminate knowledge about the story of the making of the American People and to challenge visitors to reflect upon moral questions that are raised by that story as well as to take pride in it. The story begins in the prehistoric period and continues through today. The museum will tell about the migration and immigration of peoples coming to this land and nation from every corner of the world.
