Southwestern AHEC, Inc.

Southwestern AHEC serves southern Fairfield and New Haven counties in CT by meeting it's mission of opening doors to better health for underserved populations through education, outreach and careers. Working health professions students, college and high school students, we provide guidance in creating service learning projects to improve the health of our communities and reduce health disparities. We are dedicated to support the development and implementation of a sustainable Community Health Worker workforce in CT.
