At Alenza Wellness Community Outreach, our mission is to improve our community by implementing physical and emotional betterment by practicing healthy habits one day at a time.

This was developed due to my mom passing 8 years ago from a massive heart attack and sister passing prior to that with breast cancer. I realize that i need to get up and get moving and impact and influence our community with betterment by practicing heathy habits through exercising and being active.I am assisting title one school in Clayton County that is active with dance, football and etc.
