The NORMAL nonprofit educates about eating disorders, self-esteem and body image through arts and mindfulness programs. We now have more than 12 programs that serve schools, universities and communities worldwide and we collaborate with more than 30 leading nonprofit organizations in the field of eating disorders and mental health.
We believe that the arts can help build resilience and mindfulness and eventually reduce the number of individuals who develop eating disorders and addictions.
