The mission of the Hudson County Housing Resource Center (HCHRC) is to protect, maintain and increase the affordable housing stock in Hudson County and to prevent homelessness. HCHRC provides low income residents with rental housing counseling, tenant based rental assistance for special needs population and is a Community Housing Development Organization.
