CMIA is headquartered in Nairobi Kenya and the organization has many ministry programs across 6 East African countries, (Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, and DRC).Today the organization operates the following ministries across six East African countries.
Church planting and leadership development - CMIA operates over 200 Church on the Rock Africa campuses
Children's homes - CMIA operates 4 children's homes
Schools - CMIA operates 10 primary and/or pre-primary schools
Bible Schools - CMIA operates 10 bible schools
Medical Clinic - CMIA operates a medical clinic in the Langata area of Nairobi
