Our mission is to create a community free of domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking through empowerment, support and education.

BPA owns and operates 8 residential shelters, 24-hour crisis and on-call support, legal advocacy, peer counseling, sexual assault and transition services along with other programs under federal, state and locally-funded contracts, grants and community support.
