JCHAI -- Judith Creed Horizons for Achieving Independence

JCHAI provides residential services for adults with disabilities, including developmental disabilities, autism and traumatic brain injury. We provide our services through a group home program, a supportive living apartment program and JCHAI At Home, an hourly, fee based service. We also offer JCHAI Transitions, an after school and weekend café program that teaches independent living skills, socialization and preparation for potential employment to young adults (18-28 years old) before they move out of their families’ homes.
