Mt. Hope Nazarene Retirement Community is a 50 bed Medicare, Medicaid-certified, skilled nursing facility located in the beautiful countryside of Manheim, PA in Lancaster County. Since 1969, Mt Hope has had a legacy of caring and offers help and hope to the "least of these". Regardless of a person’s finances and status, they see helping those in need as their mission.
