Our primary goal for hospice patients and families is to provide the highest quality of life for each patient, living life their way through a holistic and collaborative approach.

AVITA Home Health & Hospice is a non profit organization dedicated to home care, palliative care and hospice services in the comfort of your own home or preferred setting. We serve Richland, Crawford, Morrow, and parts of Huron, Marion, Knox, Seneca and Wyandot counties. We are currently in need of volunteers in Morrow, Richland and Crawford Counties. Whether running errands, playing cards, reading, conversing or giving caregivers a break, our volunteers play an important role for our patients and their families.
