The Florida Center for Survivors of Torture is a program of Gulf Coast Jewish Family Services. Through our Survivors of Torture and Refugee Youth and Family programs we offer a wide range of services including: ESL tutoring, counseling, school liasion, parent empowerment, and social services. We have locations in Tampa Bay, Palm Beach, and Miami Springs, FL.
