The Naturopathic Medicine Institute envisions a world where enjoying optimal health allows people to reach their highest potential for inspired creativity. It asserts that the highest ideal in health care must act in concert with the healing power of nature.

The Naturopathic Medicine Institute is a dynamic collaboration of physicians and the public, promoting a rational approach to achieving optimal health. 

To accomplish this we:

• Train physicians to achieve the highest ideals in medicine,
• Create clinical Centers of Excellence that demonstrate the effectiveness of naturopathic medicine, and
• Inspire an understanding that safe, effective natural methods of achieving optimal health will improve health care.

We demonstrate how using natural treatments that support the individual’s innate vital force for healing allows each of us to reach our highest potential.

The Naturopathic Medicine Institute (NMI) also engages the general public in understanding the benefits of vitalistic naturopathic medicine.

NMI believes in greater awareness and access to vitalistic naturopathic physicians whose mission is to seek cure of underlying causes of illness, to educate their patients, and to teach their patients how to take charge of their health. We also want to change the standard for healthcare to be one that emphasizes safe, effective, and cost-effective methods.
