Total Family Care Coalition

The Total Family Care Coalition (TFCC) mission is to empower families, children and youth on how to advocate for themselves and navigate through systems of care to obtain services which sustain a better quality of life for their family.

The Total Family Care Coalition, founded in December 2005, seeks to " Help Keep Families First " using education, essential information, resources, and additional supports to empower DC's families. TFCC family members have the tenacity to stand strong with families while assisting them in advocating for standard-of-care (SOC) and partnering families with peer support workers who will stand toe-to-toe with them and overcoming systemic stumbling blocks. We are committed to seeking the best possible care for the families - and the children we serve.
