Lamont Academy Early Learning and Development

Lamont Academy is a high quality childcare program servicing the families of our community. We're a program fostering the minds of our students while building on their individual strengths. We're an inclusive, an interactive & hands on program. We provide Developmentally Appropriate & PA Standard aligned activities. We also offer small classroom environments, we engage students with learn through play, small groups & individual support. We provide behavioral and social & emotional support along with family engagement & reaources.

We're a program that support our staff personally as well as professionally. We offer fair wages, the TEACH program, paid sick, personal, vacation and holiday pay. Staff are given a discounted rate for enrollment of their children and we offer a community feel amongst staff, students and families.
