Missão
The mission of Gay & Lesbian Youth Services (GLYS) of WNY Inc. is to provide an accepting environment to enhance the personal growth of gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and questions youth, and their allies, in Western New York. GLYS advocates for community awareness and acceptance of yough people of all sexaual orientations, gender identities and expressions, across the spectrum.
Sobre Nós
GLYS provides services and resources to LGBTQ+ youth, families, caregivers, teachers, advisors, you in care, residential facilities, mental health facilities and their allies. GLYS has been providing services to youth and their adult caregivers in the community for more than thirty-five years.
Services include: Timothy J.Moran Drop-in Center, Monthly youth in care support groups, trans family and trans youth social and support group, resource library, on site training, Annual Diversity Prom, GSA conference and Buffalo PRIDE Parade participation. Assistance with Gay Straight Alliance formations in middle and high schools,
