Visit‑A‑Bit (VAB) is a Visiting Nurse Association of Greater St. Louis / SSM Health program that reduces loneliness among older adults through volunteer visits, telephone support, Tele‑Bingo, group activities, newsletters, and access to guided meditation, music, and supportive resources that promote social connection and independence.
